CELEBRITY PARTNERSHIPS

Celebrity Partnerships & Brand Endorsements

Plan celebrity content, commercial shoots, brand ambassador activities and appearances around your market, language, budget and communication task.

Build Brand Content Around the Right Personality

WOBAO SPORTS helps brands and agencies plan celebrity partnerships, endorsement content, commercial films and event appearances. We start with the market, audience, language and communication task, then discuss talent direction, creative expression and the deliverables.

A suitable personality needs to fit the brand through public image, performance style, language, budget and the intended use. Projects can begin with a single shoot, an appearance or a set of social content, or explore a continuing ambassador arrangement.

If your brand already has a talent agreement, we can plan creative and production around the confirmed rights and available time. Profiles and video references on this website do not confirm current availability, exclusive representation or permission for a new brand to use the material.

Define the Role of Talent in the Campaign

A brand launch, product explanation, scripted performance, hosting role and social short each need a different approach. Start with what the audience should remember and what you want them to do after seeing the content.

Assess the target countries, languages, public image and brand category together, alongside recognition and follower numbers. Talent availability, existing brand restrictions and usage permissions need to be confirmed for the project.

Specify the Shoot, Publishing and Usage Rights

A commercial shoot needs a clear film length, script, required shots, filming time, location, styling and delivery list. An event brief should define the appearance duration, hosting or interaction duties and the intended use of recorded content.

On-camera participation, personal-account posts, brand-account use, paid advertising and later edits are separate items to agree. Territories, channels, usage term, exclusivity and approval stages should be defined alongside the deliverables.

From Brief to Content Delivery

1. Share the brief: brand website, markets and languages, audience, communication task, preferred talent, budget and launch date.

2. Discuss talent and format: assess suitability, availability and category requirements, then the mix of filming, appearances or social content.

3. Agree the scope: confirm participation, rights, scripts, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and approval stages.

4. Produce and review: organise the agreed shoot or appearance and complete the specified edits, subtitles, sound and language versions.

5. Deliver for release: hand over assets in the agreed formats for the specified accounts and schedule. Paid media, ongoing management and additional versions require a defined scope if needed.

What Goes Into the Quote?

Talent fees, participation time, usage rights, shoot location, production complexity, travel, styling, post-production and version quantities all affect the budget. Personal-account publishing or an extended usage term also need specific agreement.

Share your budget range and any fixed launch date early so we can discuss a workable combination. Quotes and schedules follow the project requirements and confirmed participation terms; fixed exposure or sales results are not promised.

Celebrity Partnership Questions

Can we commission production without asking you to arrange the talent?

Yes. Share the activities, filming time and material uses permitted by your existing talent agreement so we can discuss creative development, production and delivery within that scope.

Can one shoot produce a main film and short videos?

Yes, with advance planning. Quantities, durations, aspect ratios and languages need a delivery list. Some vertical or short edits require different framing, performance or lines, so decide these before filming.

Does the project include posts on the celebrity’s own account?

Only the accounts, quantities, formats and dates expressly agreed are included. On-camera participation does not automatically include personal-account publishing or advertising permission.

How do we plan language versions and brand tone?

Specify the countries, languages, subtitles or voice-over needed and the messages the brand must retain. Script approval, performance style, language review and brand sign-off belong in the production plan.

What should we send to get started?

Share the brand website, markets and languages, objective, budget range, launch date, required content and preferred talent. References, brand guidelines and the permitted scope of an existing agreement are also useful.
