COMBAT SPORTS
Combat Sports Marketing & Athlete Content
Develop boxing and combat sports campaigns around a clear brand story, confirmed athlete participation and content designed for your market.
Choose the Story Before the Athlete
WOBAO SPORTS helps brands and agencies plan combat sports campaign briefs, commercial films, athlete content and sponsorship activation. Start with the message your brand needs to communicate: preparation, performance, personality, a product story or a campaign launch. The creative should define the athlete’s role rather than relying on recognition alone.
Formats to Discuss
Commercial film: an approved narrative with the required talent, locations, lines and brand moments.
Interview or personality content: agreed topics, language and edit requirements.
Appearance or signing activity: confirmed attendance, event duties, recording arrangements and content uses.
Sponsorship activation: content and experiences built around rights actually available.
Short campaign versions: planned cutdowns, vertical edits, subtitles and end cards. Each format needs a defined quantity and delivery list.
Plan Access and Production Together
A training environment, athlete appearance and event setting each create different requirements. Confirm the participants, filming time, venue permissions, production responsibilities and the activities that can be captured. Do not assume a partnership includes fight footage, broadcaster material, venue branding or third-party music.
For performance-led scenes, the creative and shoot plan should be suitable for the participant and environment. Set the planned actions, coverage and responsible production roles before filming; additional footage should not depend on improvising access at an event.
A Clear Route From Brief to Release
Share your brand website, audience, target countries and languages, objective, athlete preferences, budget and deadline. We can discuss suitability and creative direction, then identify the participation, rights and production scope to confirm. The proposal should separate talent or rights fees, filming, editing, versions, travel and any activation or media work. Approved assets are delivered for the agreed channels, territories and period of use.
Combat Sports Project Questions
Are named fighters automatically available?
No. Participation, brand category, schedule, permissions and fees need specific confirmation. A profile is not a booking guarantee.
Can we produce content with an athlete we already work with?
Yes. Share the existing agreement’s permitted activities, access, usage and approval requirements so the creative can be planned within them.
Does a production include fight highlights?
Only if the relevant material is available and authorised for the intended use. Athlete participation does not itself grant event or broadcast footage rights.
Can the same shoot supply short social edits?
Yes, when the required lines, framing and performance are planned before filming. Specify each version, language and duration.
What determines the quote?
Talent, rights, filming access, shoot days, locations, crew, travel, post-production and versions. A clear budget range and fixed deadline help define a workable scope.
