FAQ
Sports Marketing & Production Questions
Find the information your team needs to brief a partnership or production project. Final scope, permissions, fees and delivery terms are confirmed for each assignment.
Scope, Budgets & Production Arrangements
We discuss sports marketing, athlete and celebrity partnerships, sponsorship activation, commercial video production and campaign content. The proposal defines the services, deliverables and responsibilities relevant to your project.
Send the brand website, business category, target countries and languages, audience, campaign objective, launch date and budget range. Add required deliverables, preferred talent or properties and any existing rights agreement.
Yes. A project can be scoped around a film, shoot or set of content rather than a continuing campaign. Define durations, aspect ratios, languages, filming days, review stages and the delivery deadline.
Yes. Describe the permitted activities, available assets, territories, term and approval process so the work can be planned within those confirmed rights.
No. Reference profiles, images and logos do not themselves confirm current availability, exclusive representation or permission for a new brand. Specific participation and usage require confirmation.
Logo exposure, appearances, footage, photography, hospitality, account publishing and paid advertising permissions are different entitlements. Each relevant item should be defined in the scope and agreement.
Only where agreed. Confirm the accounts, quantities, formats, timing, approval process and reporting, as well as any paid media use of the content.
The scope may include talent or rights fees, creative, shoot days, locations, travel, styling, editing, languages, events and media distribution. A quote should make clear which elements are included and which require separate agreement.
Timing depends on the creative, participation and access, footage required, language versions and approval stages. Share any fixed release date early; a project schedule follows the confirmed brief and availability.
Yes, if planned around the required coverage. Specify versions before filming because framing, performance, lines and graphics may need to differ. Each output belongs in the delivery list.
Supplied assets can form part of the brief after their quality, technical format, coverage and permissions are reviewed. Additional filming may be required if the available material cannot support the proposed story.
Discuss the countries, languages, subtitles, voice-over or separate edits required. Translation, language review and final brand approval need time and a defined responsibility in the plan.
The proposal should specify review stages, revision rounds and delivered files. Clean masters, source project files, stills, extra cutdowns and subsequent updates should be listed if required.
No fixed exposure, traffic or commercial outcome is guaranteed by a production or partnership. Agree deliverables and measurement, then assess media reporting, website activity and qualified business enquiries separately.
The brief must distinguish AI-created content from actual appearances and endorsements. Likeness, voice and source assets need appropriate permission for the intended use; synthetic content must not be presented as proof of a real signing or shoot.
Use the project enquiry page or email [email protected]. Include the brand website and a short brief so we can discuss a relevant next step.
